Wonder what we are all about, then read on.
As founder and Managing Director of NEDay Crafts & Events Limited, we have lost count of how many craft fairs and events we have attended in the last 3 years.
Many have been fantastic, but lots have also been a waste if time, money and energy. And the economic downturn has had a serious knock-on effect on the high street and shoppers.
So we want to change the way people shop by launching Open House Events, for the the people of the North East of England. Open House or Arts Tours are already proven to be successful in other areas of the country and attract thousands of customers each year.
If you are an artist, crafter or food producer and would like to open your house, workshop or premises to the public over a series of weekends ,then please get in touch.
You will need to have the relevant insurance in place, but we will do all the online promoting through social media and blogs so that we can put the North East on the map. So no need to pay costly stall fees or petrol costs. We do not want lots of similar crafters or artists, so it will be on a first come first serve basis only. We will give you a prime spot on our on our exhibitors page, with logo, products, location and weblink so we can promote you. All we ask is for a one off payment of £20 as a Registration Fee and we will do the rest.
The official launch will be in early 2013, but we are getting a head start.
